Each year NEDSRA implements more than 600 quality recreation programs and services for both children and adults with disabilities. Recognized with numerous, prestigious state and national awards, NEDSRA’s programs are cutting-edge for individuals with disabilities. Quality recreational programs such as Adapted and Wheelchair Sports, DuPage Pro League, Kids Klub, Social Clubs, and Special Olympics sports are only a few of the diversified opportunities for fun and development. Countless more social programs occur seasonally, allowing an avenue for thousands of individuals with disabilities in northeastern DuPage County to become actively involved in recreation in their local community.
