Join us for live programs through Zoom. We miss all of you and want to connect in real time. Each session listed below will occur in real time and are hosted through Zoom. Each session will be hosted by one or two full-time NEDSRA staff.

Zoom sessions require a computer or tablet with a camera, microphone and internet access. To access Zoom download the app or access via the internet with a web link that NEDSRA provides after you are registered.

Keep in touch with your TREC friends with our morning roundtable check-in. Staff will facilitate a check-in to see how everyone is doing, what is going on in your world and general sharing of information and positivity. At the conclusion of round table, NEDSRA staff will provide you a list of activities you can complete during your day.

Join Colleen on Mondays to learn a new language while we have some time to practice. Sign language is a beautiful, expressive language that is also really fun to learn. We will start slow by practicing the alphabet and basic signs, and build on what we learn each week. This is a great opportunity to keep your mind active and healthy.
