NEDSRA has teamed with various local sports groups to expand program opportunities. The Chicago Wheelchair Bulls, Chicago Bears Quad Rugby, RIC Women’s Express, and West Suburban Association of the Deaf all call NEDSRA their home.

Building relationships and supporting these agencies fosters new programs for individuals within the NEDSRA communities. NEDSRA works with these agencies in very unique ways to provide cutting-edge, award-winning services.

Many of these sports clubs practice weekly during various seasons at Centennial Complex. Additionally, the Centennial Complex is the only accessible sports training facility in DuPage County. Each year, NEDSRA hosts a variety of sporting events such as the Chicago Wheelchair Bulls Day For Kids, Chicago Bears Quad Rugby Tournament and many local and state Special Olympics tournaments. Large crowds of spectators cheer on the teams at tournaments. Additionally, numerous community and corporate sponsors financially contribute towards these types of sporting events.
